One of the moves I have definitely not mastered yet (oops, that almost implies that there are moves that I have mastered ), but that I see huge value in is the Ouchi Gari.  For those less familiar, this is an inside sweep.  As I was out on the internet today I came across some interesting video really walking through the Ouchi Gari step by step.  So for those of you who haven’t come out to join us yet, but are potentially Judo-curious, Give this a watch, grab your spouse or some neighbor kid, and let-em fly
