For those that have been following my dental catastrophe on this blog, it just gets better… let me catch you up:

1- Needed 4 crowns… dentist gave me 6, even after I said no.

2- Ordered gold crowns.  Dentist try to sneak on steel rather than gold (since he had to pay for 2).  Had to wait for gold to be re-ordered.

3- Got crowns on.  Hurt like heck.  (thus I missed class tuesday)

4- Dentist has me in Wednesday to adjust crowns… drills through one.  Has to pull it.  Re-ordering again.

(an all of this doesn’t even include what he did to my wife)

It’s just so frustrating and painful!  But I will be at class tonight.  Also, as a note:  I found a new dentist, and he is a GODSEND!  I highly recommend Doctor Chris Keefe to anyone looking for a good dentist.

But on to Judo…

I don’t know about you folks, but I really got a lot out of watching the Ouchi Gari video link that I put up here a bit ago.  So, I was pleased to see a link from the same session walking through the Osoto Gari.  I hope you will like it as much as I did.
