So last night we did our first night of double-up on Judo classes.  All together we spent just over 3 hours in various Judo classes last night.  Needless to say, after a couple of weeks of inactivity because of my foot it was BRUTAL.

It was also really neat.  Not only do the different classes teach you different things in different ways, but each partner you work out with is a whole new experience as well.  I am now a huge fan of diversity of experience when it comes to the martial arts.

A few other tidbits: Hidden Valley Judo has found a new location (woot!)  They will be  at the school on 3rd east and 9400 south (just a little east of the Mayan.)  Adult classes are 6:00-8:00 Tuesday and Thursday.  I am not sure about the Saturday schedule yet, but I’ll find out.  This should be a much bigger spot than where we have been, and Mike has secured it through summer.
